 My name is James E. Dickey.  I am a Real Estate Investor, businessman and a Disabled Veteran.  My mission is to raise money and pay every investor 5 cents on the dollar that contribute to my company.  This is more than the banks, stock markets and a lot of mutual funds are paying.
