This business was started in 1974 by the Dickey family to rent out and fix up properties that we bought and inherited during and after college.  Two of us entered the military and continued to buy property throughout our military and civilian career. We also started many other businesses along the way. So after over 30 years of being deployed by the military and working our businesses we can devote more time to helping others. I am a Disabled Veteran who served honorably but still have to continue to take care of my family and business. 

My mission is to help people becom financially independent so they can at least reach out and help another person to be self sufficient in business and in life.
